Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. In-depth Product Knowledge
Gain a thorough understanding of all company products and services, and develop a clear knowledge of the target markets for each offering.
2. CRM Management
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems consistently to manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and service follow-ups.
3. Sales Presentations and Proposals
Develop persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals to effectively pitch our solutions to potential clients.
4. Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, prospect engagement, and sales follow-ups. Generate reports that reflect progress toward sales targets and overall performance.
5. Tender and Proposal Preparation
Prepare detailed and competitive proposals for tenders and bidding processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and tender specifications.
6. Market Intelligence & Communication
Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Share insights on new product and service opportunities.
7. Event Participation
Represent the company at marketing events including trade fairs, workshops, seminars, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and customer service within fleet management or vehicle tracking companies.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and reporting abilities
