Fuel monitoring, down to every litre.

Detect theft, prevent loss, and take full control of your fuel costs. Precision sensor hardware integrated with the SiriTrack platform — real-time visibility from tank to report, with instant alerts the moment anything changes.

Complete fuel control

Anomalies detected within seconds — not at month-end.

Unmonitored fleets routinely lose 10–30% of their fuel budget to theft, fraud and inefficiency every month. SiriTrack catches it the moment it happens.

Precision capacitive sensor

A capacitive sensor fitted to the tank measures fuel accurately to ±1% of full scale, calibrated to your specific tank shape for litre-accurate readings at every fill level.

30-second updates

As fuel level changes, so does electrical resistance in the sensor rod. The GPS device reads and transmits this value every 30 seconds.

Instant drain & siphoning alerts

A rapid drop while the engine is off triggers an instant SMS, push and email alert — with GPS location and timestamp recorded.

Refuel verification & reconciliation

Litres added, location, time and driver ID logged for every fill — cross-referenced against purchase records to expose mismatches, short-fills or fraudulent receipts in seconds.

Per-vehicle & per-driver analytics

Litres per km, per route and per driver — identify outliers and benchmark against fleet average to spot inefficiency. Cost-per-km analysis included.

Evidence-grade event log

Every refuel, drain and anomaly is GPS-stamped with location, time, litres and vehicle ID — ready for HR action or insurance claims.

The challenge

Fuel loss is costing you more than you think.

Fuel is 25–35% of total fleet operating costs — the single largest controllable expense. SiriTrack continuously analyses fuel level against vehicle status, location and time, automatically classifying every event.

  • Siphoning & theft — fuel physically siphoned from parked vehicles overnight or during stops; without monitoring there is no record and no evidence.
  • Receipt fraud & false fills — drivers submit receipts for fuel never purchased, or fill jerry cans at company expense. Paper reconciliation cannot catch this.
  • Slow leaks & drainage — tank corrosion or deliberate valve tampering causes gradual losses that only appear at month-end — SiriTrack flags the decline as a potential leak or tamper while there is still time to act.
  • Unauthorized route deviations — drivers take unofficial detours to sell fuel, burning company-paid fuel far beyond the scheduled route.

Stop the losses

Every drop accounted for — from depot to destination.

Capacitive tank sensors and analytics catch siphoning, phantom refuels and leaks the moment they happen — so the fuel you pay for is the fuel that actually moves your fleet.
